The National Mentoring Academy and Association of Black Mentors undertake charitable or cause -related project from charities, churches or community organisations. Mentors supervise the completion of these projects using mentee resources, which provide a perfect opportunity for them to gain useful work experience whilst acquiring mentoring knowledge and wisdom on-the-job.
